In Mikumi the water pump has been replaced because the old pump only gave half the capacity. Various overdue maintenance work was also carried out together with the people from the technical service, such as on the roofs of various buildings and cars, the crooked containers at the administration building were straightened and the roof was repaired. Here too, with the help of a donation from the Imelda-Nolet Foundation, the batteries of the solar lighting in 3 buildings have been replaced so that here too you can work at night with normal lighting instead of flashlights.

By opening an X-ray department, patients no longer need to be referred to another hospital far away. The Hospital can charge about €8 for an X-ray and can do about 15 a day. That is € 120 per day, which is quite an amount here and helps alleviate the financial problems.
